Chances are that you're a bit sore from trying to keep fit, playing sport, getting out in the garden or even just waking up that way. Working as a Tradie or in an office can be just as challenging on the body. I can help with those aches and pains while at the same time giving you a nice relaxing massage that will take your mind off whatever it is that is troubling you.

If you want to chat, that's fine. If you want to zone out and relax like a blob on a table, I'm happy to accommodate that too.
